Ideal Real Estate, LLC (I.R.E. LLC) is a full service real estate office that provides buying and selling services for buyers, sellers and banks in the Chicago and Suburban markets. We also serve as Property Managers for clients who buy and sell investment properties.

Services:

I.R.E. LLC provides three main services. They are:

Real estate services including representation for buyers and sellers as well as performing services for banks in the REO arena. Our clients enjoy top flight customer service including legal and banking referrals and sound advice while navigating the property acquisition and liquidation processes. Banks benefit by receiving fair market value information and dedicated seller’s agents. Communities benefit when the bank’s vacant house is sold to a new occupant.

Property management services to its clients. The scope of this service includes multifamily apartment buildings and single family homes. It will expand into commercial properties including store fronts. Tenant services include normal maintenance, rent collection etc. and available debt and financial management counseling.
Office space and services to its business clients who are business owners. Office or desk rental will include the scheduled use of a conference room, office machines and receptionist. People who are tax accountants, internet-based entrepreneurs, and who have startups are among the target customers for rental space.
